Go to the Register page, enter your Pakistani mobile number (without the +92 prefix), choose a username and a password, confirm you are 18 or older, accept the Terms and Conditions, and submit. You'll receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS — enter it to verify your number and your Mostpaly account is immediately active. The entire process takes under two minutes.

Yes, completely free. There is no registration fee, no subscription charge and no mandatory first deposit just to open an account. You only spend money when you choose to make a deposit and place a bet.

No. Mostpaly allows strictly one account per person. Creating multiple accounts — even with different mobile numbers — is a direct breach of the Terms and Conditions and results in all associated accounts being permanently closed with balances forfeited. If you've lost access to your account, use the password reset on the Login page or contact support rather than registering again.

Password: Log in to Mostpaly, go to Account Settings → Security, and use the Change Password option. You'll need to enter your current password and confirm the new one.

Mobile number: Mobile number changes require identity verification and are handled by Mostpaly support rather than self-service settings. Email support@mostpaly.biz — the team will verify your identity and update your registered number securely.

You must be 18 years of age or older. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions. Mostpaly may request CNIC-based age verification at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 are closed immediately and any deposits are returned, with bonuses forfeited.

On the Login page, click "Forgot Password?". Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number and Mostpaly will send a reset code via SMS. Enter the code, choose a new password, and you're back in. If your registered number is no longer active, contact support@mostpaly.biz — the team can verify your identity through other account details and help update your number.

Yes. You can request account closure at any time through Account Settings or by contacting support@mostpaly.biz. Before closure is processed, any remaining real-money balance is paid out via your usual withdrawal method. Note: if you are closing because of gambling concerns, self-exclusion — available in Account Settings → Responsible Gaming — is a better option as it prevents you from reopening an account on impulse. Closure is permanent.

Deposits

Mostpaly accepts the following deposit methods for Pakistan players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa and JazzCash) and Rs 500 for bank transfers (IBFT). Visa/Mastercard minimums depend on the card issuer but are typically Rs 500. NayaPay and SadaPay follow the Rs 200 minimum. You can start betting with as little as Rs 200 on Mostpaly.

Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay deposits are typically reflected in your Mostpaly wallet within seconds of the transfer completing — in most cases under a minute. IBFT bank transfers usually arrive within 30 minutes during business hours and can take up to a few hours on bank holidays. Visa/Mastercard deposits are usually instant but can occasionally take up to 10 minutes depending on your bank.

Wait the expected processing time for your method (see above). If it's been longer than the typical window, contact Mostpaly support via live chat or email support@mostpaly.biz. Have your transaction reference number or screenshot ready — this helps resolve the issue much faster. Most pending deposits are resolved within 30 minutes of contacting support.

Standard accounts have deposit limits that vary by method and account tier. VIP members typically have higher daily and monthly deposit limits. You can also set your own lower deposit limit at any time in Account Settings → Responsible Gaming — this is a good practice and takes effect immediately. Contact support if you need to clarify the specific limits for your account and payment method.

Mostpaly does not charge its own fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank, etc.) may apply their own standard transaction charges according to their own fee schedule — these are outside Mostpaly's control. The amount that lands in your Mostpaly wallet is the amount Mostpaly receives after any provider-side charges.

Withdrawals

Most Mostpaly withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 30 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including public holidays and Eid. IBFT bank transfers typically take 1–3 hours during business hours and may take longer on weekends. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals usually complete within 30 minutes. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals vary by bank but are typically within 1–3 business days.

The minimum withdrawal at Mostpaly is Rs 500 for all methods. There is no upper limit on withdrawals for standard accounts, though very large withdrawal requests may require additional verification in line with standard anti-money laundering compliance procedures. VIP members may have enhanced withdrawal limits — check your account settings or contact support for specifics.

The most common reasons for a delayed withdrawal are: a pending identity/KYC check on your account, an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements, a first-time withdrawal that requires additional verification, or a technical issue at the payment provider's end. If your withdrawal is outside the normal processing window, contact support@mostpaly.biz with your withdrawal reference number — support resolves these promptly.

In most cases, yes — Mostpaly follows standard anti-money laundering practice which requires withdrawals to go back to the same payment source as the deposit, where technically possible. This applies particularly to card and bank deposits. For mobile wallet deposits (Easypaisa, JazzCash), the withdrawal must go to the same registered mobile number. Withdrawal requests can be cancelled while they are still in "pending" status — before Mostpaly has initiated the transfer. You can place bets between deliveries during T20 matches and in designated windows during ODI and Test cricket. In-play markets are available simultaneously with pre-match markets until the game begins.

Mostpaly displays odds in decimal format by default — for example, 2.50. This means that for every Rs 100 you stake, a winning bet returns Rs 250 in total (Rs 150 profit + your Rs 100 stake back). If a match is abandoned before reaching the minimum overs required for an official result (as per the governing body's rules), most Mostpaly markets are voided and stakes are returned in full to your wallet. Markets that were already settled before the abandonment (e.g. "First Over Runs" if that over was completed) stand as settled. Accumulator/combo bets require the minimum stake per leg as specified at the time of placing. Crash Games & Ludo

Crash games at Mostpaly are fast-paced rounds where a multiplier starts at 1x and climbs rapidly. You place your bet before the round starts, then watch the multiplier increase. The multiplier can crash at any random point. Your goal is to click "Cash Out" before it crashes — if you do, you win your stake multiplied by the value at the moment you cashed out. Yes. Mostpaly's ludo rooms match you against real registered players on the platform — head-to-head or multi-player depending on the room type you join. There are no computer-controlled opponents in PKR stake rooms. You choose your stake level from the room lobby and join a table once a matching opponent is found. Crash game minimum bets are typically Rs 50 per round, with no upper limit set by the platform beyond your own account balance. Ludo room entry fees start from Rs 50 for the lowest stake tables, scaling up through Rs 200, Rs 500, Rs 1,000 and higher VIP rooms. All stake amounts are in PKR and are clearly displayed before you enter a round or join a room.

Yes. Mostpaly's crash games use a provably fair algorithm — each round's crash point is determined by a cryptographic seed that is published before the round starts and can be verified by players after the round ends. This means neither Mostpaly nor any third party can manipulate individual round outcomes after the seed is committed. The verification process is explained in your account's game history section for every crash round you participate in.

Crash games: If you disconnect during an active crash round, the round continues on Mostpaly's server. If you set an auto-cashout target, it will trigger as normal. If you didn't set auto-cashout, the round completes without manual intervention — if the multiplier crashes while you're disconnected, the bet is lost as normal.

Ludo: A grace period is provided to reconnect before a forfeit is triggered. If you reconnect in time, the game resumes. If the grace period expires and your opponent has played their turn, the ludo game may be awarded to the opponent. Stable internet connection is recommended for ludo.

For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place Rs 10,000 in total bets using the bonus before withdrawing bonus-related winnings. No. Using deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off or self-exclusion never penalises your VIP tier or removes accrued points. Your VIP status and points are preserved during any cooling-off period and resume exactly where you left off when the period ends. For self-exclusion, any active bonus is forfeited as part of account suspension, but your real-money balance is fully withdrawable.

Yes. If a friend who already has a Mostpaly account gave you their referral code, enter it in the optional referral field on the Register page.
