How to Recover Access to Your Mostpaly Account

Forgotten Password — Use the Reset Option

Click "Forgot Password?" on the login form above. Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number and Mostpaly sends a reset code via SMS. Enter the code on the next screen, then set a new password. The whole process takes under two minutes if your number is active.

Don't Remember Your Username — Try Your Mobile Number

The standard Mostpaly login uses your registered mobile number rather than a username, so if you remember your phone number and password, you can log in even if you've forgotten the username you chose. The username field is for the OTP-based login only.

Mobile Number Changed or SIM Lost — Contact Support

If your registered mobile number is no longer active, the standard reset flow won't work as OTPs can't be delivered. In this case, contact Mostpaly support at support@mostpaly.biz explaining the situation. Support will verify your identity through account details and help you update your registered number.

Account Locked After Failed Attempts

Multiple failed login attempts trigger a temporary account lock as a security measure. The lock releases automatically after a short wait — typically 15 to 30 minutes. If you're still locked out, support can unlock the account after identity confirmation. Never try to create a second account to bypass this — duplicate accounts are permanently banned.

The standard password login uses your registered Pakistani mobile number (without the +92 prefix — just the 10 digits starting with 3). Your username is the display name that other players see on Mostpaly and is used in the OTP tab. If you aren't sure of your username, use your mobile number — it's the primary identifier on the account.

The most common reason is that the mobile number entered doesn't match the one registered — double-check you're entering the 10-digit number without the +92 prefix. Passwords are case-sensitive, so check your caps lock. If you recently changed your number or password, make sure you're using the new credentials. After logging out all sessions, change your password immediately.

Act immediately — log in, end all sessions in Security settings, and change your password. If you can't log in at all, contact Mostpaly support at support@mostpaly.biz with "Account Security" in the subject line. The support team can lock the account while the situation is investigated.
