These terms govern your use of the Mostpaly platform — covering account registration, betting rules, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses, privacy, and responsible gaming. Please read them carefully before using Mostpaly.
Before You Read
Each Mostpaly player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts — even under different names or phone numbers — result in permanent suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
Mostpaly is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Age verification may be requested at any point. Any account found to belong to a minor is closed immediately and all deposits are returned minus any bonus amounts claimed.
All deposits, withdrawals, bets and bonuses at Mostpaly are processed in Pakistani Rupees. No foreign currency conversion is applied by Mostpaly. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
Every Mostpaly bonus comes with a stated wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Bonus terms are displayed at the time of offer. Mostpaly does not change wagering requirements retroactively after a bonus has been claimed.
Once Mostpaly settles a bet based on the official result, that settlement stands. Queries regarding settled bets must be submitted within 14 days. Mostpaly reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors before settlement.
Mostpaly provides deposit limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. These tools take effect immediately when requested and override all promotional communications. No VIP status prevents use of any responsible gaming tool.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you and Mostpaly when you use any part of the platform — including account registration, sports betting, crash games, ludo games, bonus participation, deposits, withdrawals, and the VIP Club. By creating a Mostpaly account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.
Mostpaly operates as an online betting and gaming platform serving players in Pakistan. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) using Pakistan's local payment infrastructure — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfers and Visa/Mastercard. The platform is designed exclusively for personal entertainment use by eligible adults.
These Terms apply alongside any supplementary terms specific to promotions, the VIP Club, or individual game types. Where a conflict arises, the more specific document takes precedence for that specific matter, and these general Terms apply to everything else.
Important: If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create or continue to use a Mostpaly account. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
To use Mostpaly, you must create a single registered account. The registration process requires a valid Pakistani mobile number, a chosen password, and acceptance of these Terms. Mostpaly may request additional verification — including CNIC number, proof of identity, or address verification — at any point during your account lifetime. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.
Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one Mostpaly account at any time. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using a different phone number, name, CNIC, email address or payment method — is a serious breach of these Terms. Mostpaly monitors account activity and device data to identify duplicate registrations. When detected, all related accounts are suspended permanently and all balances are forfeited.
You are entirely responsible for keeping your Mostpaly login credentials — username, password and OTP codes — private and secure. Mostpaly will never ask for your password by phone, email or message. Any activity that takes place under your account login is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to Mostpaly support before that activity occurred. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact Mostpaly support immediately.
All information provided during registration and at any subsequent verification stage must be accurate and truthful. Providing false identity information, using another person's name, or creating an account with a phone number not registered to your own CNIC are all breaches of these Terms that may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
To register and use Mostpaly, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your account's life:
Age Verification: Mostpaly reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts may be restricted from withdrawal until age verification is complete. Any account confirmed to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all deposits refunded — minus any bonus amounts received.
Mostpaly accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Pakistani-issued Visa/Mastercard debit cards. All deposits are credited in Pakistani Rupees. Mostpaly does not charge any fees on deposits, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges that are outside Mostpaly's control.
The minimum deposit at Mostpaly is Rs 200 for Easypaisa and JazzCash. NayaPay, SadaPay and Visa/Mastercard carry a minimum of Rs 500. IBFT bank transfers have a minimum of Rs 1,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be higher for VIP members. Current limits are displayed in the deposit section of your Mostpaly account.
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered under your own name. Mostpaly does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is identified as originating from an account not registered to the Mostpaly account holder, the deposit may be returned and the account reviewed for compliance.
Mobile wallet deposits — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay — are credited to your Mostpaly wallet instantly in almost all cases. IBFT bank transfers may take up to two hours. If a deposit has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact Mostpaly support with the transaction reference number from your payment app and the matter will be investigated and resolved promptly.
Withdrawals at Mostpaly are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This same-method policy is a security measure designed to prevent unauthorised fund movement. Mostpaly processes withdrawal requests automatically with no manual approval required for standard transactions.
Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes of the request being submitted. NayaPay withdrawals arrive within 30 minutes. SadaPay within one hour. IBFT bank transfers within two hours. Visa/Mastercard returns may take up to 24 hours depending on the issuing bank. Mostpaly processes requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Pakistani public holidays including Eid.
The minimum withdrawal across all payment methods is Rs 500, with the exception of IBFT which carries a minimum of Rs 1,000. There is no maximum withdrawal at Mostpaly subject to daily limits per payment method, which are higher for Gold and Diamond VIP members.
Large withdrawals or first-time withdrawals may trigger an identity verification step requiring you to confirm your identity via OTP sent to your registered mobile number. Mostpaly may request CNIC documentation for withdrawals above a certain threshold. These steps exist to protect your funds from unauthorised access.
Bonus Funds: Bonus credits must meet the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal. Only real-money winnings generated after wagering requirements are met can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before requirements are met will result in the bonus portion being removed from the balance.
The following rules apply to all sports bets, live in-play bets, and accumulator bets placed on Mostpaly. Game-specific rules for crash games and ludo are governed by the rules displayed within those sections of the platform.
A bet is confirmed and accepted only when Mostpaly issues a bet confirmation reference number. Pre-confirmation, any bet can be rejected due to price changes or market suspension. Once a confirmation reference is issued, the bet stands at the accepted odds regardless of subsequent price movement, unless the bet falls under the voiding rules below.
Mostpaly reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were the result of a clear technical or human pricing error — for example, a market displayed at 1.01 for a heavy underdog due to a data feed error. In such cases, Mostpaly will notify affected players and return stakes in full. This rule is applied conservatively and not used to void bets where the odds simply moved against Mostpaly's position.
If a cricket or sports match is abandoned before a result is determined and no official result is declared through a recognised method such as Duckworth-Lewis, all match-level bets are voided and stakes returned. If a match is reduced in overs but completed via an official method, the official result stands for match winner bets. Series result bets are settled on the final confirmed series outcome.
In-play bets are placed in real time against live market prices. Mostpaly may suspend live markets briefly between scoring events. Bets placed during a suspension period are held pending and confirmed or rejected once the suspension lifts. Mostpaly is not liable for bets placed on information that was already public at the time the live market was still open due to data feed latency.
The cash-out feature is available on eligible Mostpaly bets during pre-match and in-play periods. Cash-out value is calculated in real time based on current market prices. Mostpaly does not guarantee cash-out availability — it may be unavailable on specific markets, at specific times, or during market suspensions. Cash-out transactions are final once confirmed.
Mostpaly applies a maximum single bet payout across all markets. Current maximum payout limits are displayed in the bet placement interface. For accumulator bets, the maximum payout applies to the total combined return of the accumulator, not each individual leg.
Mostpaly offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms which are clearly displayed at the time of the promotion. The following general rules apply to all bonuses at Mostpaly unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
Bonus funds credited to your Mostpaly account must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal of related winnings is permitted. For example, a 5x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place Rs 5,000 worth of qualifying bets before the bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier for each bonus is stated in the offer terms.
Not all bets count equally towards wagering requirements. Bets placed on cricket match winner markets and sports markets at odds of 1.70 or higher typically count at 100%. Accumulator bets with all legs at qualifying odds also count fully. Bets placed on markets with odds below 1.50, or bets placed in crash games and ludo, may count at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements. Qualifying bet types are specified in individual bonus terms.
All Mostpaly bonuses carry an expiry period from the time they are credited. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated expiry window, the bonus amount and any associated winnings are removed from the account balance. Expiry periods are clearly stated in each offer's specific terms.
Mostpaly players may hold one active bonus at a time. A new bonus cannot be claimed while a previous bonus is still active with a remaining wagering requirement. Players may choose to forfeit an active bonus — which removes it from their balance immediately — to claim a new offer, but this cannot be reversed once confirmed.
Mostpaly monitors betting patterns associated with bonus accounts. Activity that appears designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk — such as placing opposing bets across two accounts, or systematically betting on very short-priced favourites to cycle through a requirement — constitutes bonus abuse and may result in bonus removal and account review.
The Mostpaly VIP Club offers four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond — with each level providing enhanced benefits including weekly cashback, improved withdrawal limits, boosted odds access and dedicated account management for upper tiers. Tier placement is based on your cumulative real-money wagering activity on Mostpaly over a rolling period.
VIP tier is assessed on a monthly basis. Players who meet the required wagering threshold for a higher tier during a calendar month are promoted at the next monthly review. Players who fall below the required threshold for their current tier during a review period are moved to the appropriate tier. The specific wagering thresholds for each tier are displayed in the VIP Club section of your Mostpaly account.
Weekly cashback at Mostpaly is calculated on net losses in qualifying markets during a defined seven-day period and credited automatically to your wallet on the following Tuesday. Cashback is credited as real money with no wagering requirement. The applicable cashback percentage depends on your VIP tier at the time of calculation.
Mostpaly reserves the right to modify VIP tier benefits, thresholds and cashback rates with reasonable notice. Any changes will be communicated to affected members before they take effect. Cashback amounts already credited to wallets are not retroactively affected by any tier benefit change.

Data Security: All Mostpaly transactions and account communications are encrypted via SSL/TLS. Payment data is never stored in plain text. Mostpaly applies industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial information at all times.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Mostpaly and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
Mostpaly reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time where there is reasonable evidence of a Terms breach, suspected fraud, identity issues, or regulatory compliance concerns. In the event of account closure due to a Terms breach, any balance associated with prohibited activity may be forfeited. Real-money deposits not associated with prohibited activity will be returned via the original payment method.
Mostpaly will notify you of account suspension via your registered contact details where possible. If you believe a suspension has been applied in error, contact Mostpaly support to submit a review request. Mostpaly aims to respond to account suspension queries within 5 business days.
You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Mostpaly support. Voluntary closures are processed within 24 hours and any remaining real-money balance is returned via your most recent withdrawal method.
Mostpaly may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made — changes that affect your rights, betting rules, payment terms or bonus conditions — Mostpaly will notify registered players via the contact information on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Minor updates — such as clarifications, typographical corrections or non-material formatting changes — may be made at any time without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Mostpaly after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should close your account before the effective date.
